    • Type-material: 3 syntype workers.
    • Type-locality: Cameroon: Jaunde (= Yaoundé) (von Sommerfeld).
    • Type-depository: Zoological Museum Hamburg (Stitz, 1916: 371).
    • [Note: Hamburg zoological museum was destroyed in World War II; residual type-material may perhaps be in MNHU or ZMUH.]
    • Combination in Pachycondyla: Brown, in Bolton, 1995b: 309;
